We work in many different places and in many different ways. Most of our summer jobs don’t require prior experience; for us, a thorough orientation is a given.

What kinds of things can we do??
Grocery retail
It’s all about unloading, stocking, carrying, cleaning, and working the register at a regular grocery store. And, of course, serving customers. You can find jobs at Prisma, S-market, and Sale. Retail workers make everyday life possible for everyone else. Everyone should work in a store at least once in their life!
Restaurants
In restaurant jobs, you’ll be cooking, washing dishes, pouring drinks, serving food, and cleaning. And, of course, serving customers. For us, the key is to appreciate each day and get through the busy periods together. You’ll find jobs in restaurants, bars, cafés, and fast-food places. If you want to experience what team spirit is all about and you often enjoy a bit of spicy humor, you should definitely consider a career in the restaurant industry.
Fuels retail and service stations
At an ABC station, we cook, clean, unload, and carry goods—just the basics. And, of course, we serve customers. All kinds of people come to the ABC station, and there’s plenty to do, but the work isn’t a grind. The best things about working at ABC are the variety of tasks, the can-do attitude, and the great coworkers.
Bakery
In a typical bakery, we package, bake, and prepare products. And, of course, we maintain strict hygiene standards. We get things done with a lively spirit and a great team, and we work together to handle the busy periods. Previous experience is a plus, but not required. A hygiene certificate is required, but otherwise the most important thing is an interest in the baking industry and a can-do attitude. If you enjoy spending your workday working with your hands and in good company, you should come work at the bakery!
