Terms of Joiner's benefits

  • The joining benefits apply only to Co-operative Suur-Savo locations and are made available in the S-Mobiili app. The benefits are issued as S-Mobiili coupons, which can only be used by downloading the S-Mobiili application.
  • The joining benefits are granted to individuals who join Co-operative Suur-Savo as members for the first time and establish their own co-op household. The benefits are available to the primary member of the household.
  • The benefits are also valid if a customer transfers their membership from another cooperative to Co-operative Suur-Savo, provided that the other conditions for receiving the benefits are met.
  • The benefits can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. If a product purchased using a joining benefit is returned, the customer is not entitled to a new benefit or a refund.
  • The mobile coupons provided as joining benefits will be deactivated if the member resigns from the cooperative, changes their co-op household, or closes their household.
€10 supermarket purchase coupon for all new members A €10 purchase benefit coupon for Co-operative Suur-Savo supermarkets, valid on purchases of at least €20. The benefit can be redeemed using an S-Etukortti and the coupon on purchases of at least €20. Valid for 14 days from the date of joining. Note: For membership transfers, receiving the supermarket purchase coupon requires completing the transfer at a Customer Service and S-Bank service point (Kauppakeskus Stella Mikkeli, Prisma Pieksämäki, or Prisma Savonlinna).Restaurant dining mobile coupon for primary members who have fully paid the membership fee A restaurant dining mobile coupon is granted to new members who have fully paid (or transferred) their membership fee. The coupon is valid only in the Co-operative Suur-Savo restaurants specified in the coupon. The benefit applies to only one person per household when joining Co-operative Suur-Savo for the first time (no prior membership in Co-operative Suur-Savo).Note: S-Mobiili joining benefit coupons and other benefits are granted only to primary members who are joining Co-operative Suur-Savo for the first time. Secondary household members are not eligible to receive joining mobile benefit coupons.

Campaign period and benefit validity

The deal is valid until the end of 2026. Benefits must be used within three months of signing up. NOTE! If you have selected the option to opt out of analytics, profiling, and customer segmentation, or the processing of product-level purchase data, the sign-up benefits will not appear in S-mobiili. You can remove these opt-outs in S-mobiili and on S-Etukortti.fi using your S-tunnus. After removing the opt-out, the benefits will appear within a few days. In S-mobiili, you can find discount coupons by clicking "S-Etukortti" at the bottom of the screen. You can view all discount coupons by clicking the "Show all" button next to the "Benefits for you" button.

Terms of the new user benefits

*) The new user benefit applies to Co-operative Suur-Savo co-op members who are using S-mobiili for the first time, as well as to members of their co-op household. The benefit coupon will appear in S-mobiili approximately two days after the app has been activated. The campaign period for new S-mobiili users is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2026.
