  • Rewards System – You Make a Difference, You Earn It

We want to reward outstanding performance and encourage continuous improvement. Our compensation system is designed to be fair, clear, and motivating—the criteria are transparent and achievable when employees are committed to their goals.Receiving rewards requires the achievement of goals set by the individual locations: performance bonuses of up to €1.10 per hour worked can be earned when the criteria are met. When everyone does their best, the benefits are felt by both the individual and the entire company.
  • Staff fund

In 2025, Suur-Savo Cooperative introduced an employee fund that offers employees the opportunity to increase the value of their performance-based bonuses easily and effortlessly. When you transfer your bonus to the employee fund, your employer automatically adds 20% to the amount. For example, a €1,000 bonus grows to €1,200 in the fund without any additional action on your part. Funds transferred to the fund are invested profitably, which means they can grow over time. The employee fund is part of the overall compensation package and offers a flexible option for receiving bonuses. It is also a tax-efficient and cost-effective way to utilize bonuses. This is one way Suur-Savo aims to support the well-being of its staff and reward good work—in a long-term and encouraging manner.
