    We want to reward outstanding performance and encourage continuous improvement. Our compensation system is designed to be fair, clear, and motivating—the criteria are transparent and achievable when employees are committed to their goals. Receiving a bonus requires the achievement of goals set by the individual locations—performance bonuses of up to €1.10 per hour worked can be earned when the criteria are met. When everyone does their best, the benefits are felt by both the individual and the entire company.
Salary is determined based on job duties, education, work experience, and various bonuses. That is why it is important to discuss these matters together before signing the employment contract. The employment contract is always drawn up in writing and signed by the employee and the supervisor. In addition to salary, the contract specifies, among other things, job duties, weekly working hours, and a probationary period.
