Manage your customer data in S-mobiili or the S User Account

You can do a lot of things conveniently in S-mobiili or the S User Account. You can invite family members to your household, order S-Etukortti membership cards for them, monitor your cashback earnings, browse your electronic receipts, review and edit your customer data and update your contact information.

    The co-op member service will serve you by phone at tel. +358 10 76 5858 (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm, local network charge/mobile call charge)  
  • Schedule an appointment at a service point

    You can get personal service at the Co-op Member Service and S-Bank service points. Check your nearest service point and avoid queues by booking an appointment in advance.
