Reducing our own emissions, make use of waste heat and co-operate with the entire chain. We know the climate and environmental impacts of our own operations and the products we sell, and work together with our partners to reduce them. 

We take responsibility for a sustainable future 

We assume the responsibility for a sustainable future, and we want to mitigate climate change with ambitious measures. We combat climate change by reducing emissions from our operations and including our partners in this work. We have science-based emissions reduction targets covering our entire value chain. As part of S Group, our goal is to achieve Net Zero emissions from both our own operations and our value chain by 2050. S Group’s short- and long-term climate targets have been validated through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Since 2025, the combined impact of our emissions reduction measures and purchased carbon credits has exceeded the greenhouse gas emissions from our own operations (scope 1&2). We offer solutions for sustainable consumption and help our co-op members reduce emissions.
